Can people with high blood pressure eat peanuts?

The fat content in peanuts is very high. Because of its high oil content, it is often used as a raw material for edible oil. However, only 20% of the fat content of peanuts is saturated fatty acids, and more than 80% of the fat is unsaturated fatty acids, which is beneficial to reduce human blood vessels.  The content of cholesterol can stabilize blood pressure to a certain extent.  Therefore, as long as hypertensive patients do not consume too much peanuts, it has no obvious impact on health and blood pressure control.

 1. Potatoes

 Potatoes are low in fat. For people with high blood pressure, potatoes can help control blood lipids. They contain only one-third of the carbohydrates of rice noodles. They are a good substitute for staple food.  Potatoes have the highest potassium content of all vegetables, so eating potatoes every day for hypertensive patients is very helpful for potassium supplementation.  Beef stew with potatoes is a good match. People with high blood pressure can take this dish as a common dish and arrange it in three meals a day.


 2. Onion

 Onion is a spicy vegetable, but it has many benefits to the human body. It can be called a blood vessel scavenger.  People with high blood pressure can eat more onions in their lives, which can promote the excretion of toxins and garbage in the body, stabilize blood pressure, and eat onions can also sterilize.


 3. Celery

 Celery is a relatively common vegetable, which contains minerals, vitamins, trace elements and dietary fiber required by the human body. Eating vegetables can often reap the benefits.  Celery contains the flavonoid celery aglycone (also known as apigenin), which is more in celery leaves, which can block calcium channels, relax blood vessels, and lower blood pressure.
