If you have these 4 phenomena while sleeping, it may be that your blood lipids are too high. How to adjust?

 Hyperlipidemia, one of the "four highs", is called the "silent killer".  Hyperlipidemia has always been regarded as a "geriatric disease", but in today's society, more and more epidemiological studies have shown that hyperlipidemia has been found in young people.

 Hyperlipidemia is a "symptom that may be triggered at any time" in the blood vessels. It is very dangerous and is one of the main causes of atherosclerosis.  If the control is not good for a long time, thrombus may form, block one's blood vessels, and endanger one's life and health.

 So, what exactly is dyslipidemia?

 Hyperlipidemia is caused by high levels of cholesterol and triglycerides in the blood, or low density of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol. Modern medicine refers to this phenomenon as dyslipidemia.

 If serum total cholesterol ≥6.2mol/L, it can be diagnosed as "hypercholesterolemia"; when triglycerides ≥2.3mol/L, it can be diagnosed as "hypertriglyceridemia"; if both increase at the same time, it is said  It is "mixed hyperlipidemia";

 If the high-density lipoprotein is less than 1.0mol/L, it means that the lipid metabolism is in a state of confusion.  That is.  Low density high density lipoprotein.  These are all signs of dyslipidemia.

 If we find these manifestations when we sleep at night, it is likely that our blood lipids are too high

 1. Coughing in the middle of the night: I often choke when I sleep, and even cough until I wake up.  If such problems often occur, it is best to go to the relevant hospital for examination.  If you cough while eating and drinking, it is likely that your blood lipids are too high.

 2. Frequent nosebleeds at night: There are many reasons for nosebleeds, such as getting angry, dry weather, and insufficient drinking water.  But if a person has a nosebleed at night, it is likely that blood lipids are high.  People at night, compared with the daytime, the blood flow rate is slower, their blood pressure is in a relatively stable state, if suddenly nosebleeds at this time, then it can only show that the blood pressure in your body is very high, which leads to nostril bleeding  .

 3. Frequent drooling during sleep: often drooling, especially unconscious drooling during sleep, you need to be alert to whether your blood lipids are too high.  Due to cerebral ischemia and hypoxia, bilateral cortical brainstem tracts are damaged to a certain extent, which affects normal hypoglossal nerve function.

 4. Numbness of hands and feet: When sleeping, the hands and feet often feel numb, or after waking up, especially on one side of the body also feel very numb.  Insufficient blood supply to the brain caused by hyperlipidemia affects the cortex-spinal cord pathway, and the limbs have obvious symptoms.  The blood circulation of the hands and feet continues to slow down, which may cause cold, numbness, and even loss of function.  For example, suddenly you can't hold something, or something in your hand falls.  If you want to lower blood lipids scientifically, take a bath for your blood vessels.
