There are 7 taboos in taking a bath, so that you can keep healthy.

Taking a bath can relax people's mind and body and relieve stress. In short, there are many benefits. But bathing also has 7 taboos, and washing it right can keep you healthy.

7 taboos for bathing

1. Don't take a hot bath immediately after exercise

Many people like to take a hot bath immediately after exercise to decontaminate. In fact, their physical condition has not returned to a stable state after exercise. It is not suitable to take a bath immediately, especially in a hot bath and sauna.

Because taking a bath immediately after exercise will increase the blood flow to the muscles and skin, and the blood supply of other organs will be insufficient. At the same time, the breathing is not stable after exercise, and then go to the bathroom. When the air is not circulating, the brain is prone to hypoxia. Symptoms such as dizziness, dizziness, and general weakness may occur. In severe cases, it may also cause a drop in blood pressure, collapse, shock, and syncope.

According to experts, after exercise, it is best to rest for 30 to 45 minutes before taking a shower. The warm water shower should be completed within 5 to 10 minutes. The water temperature is preferably 36 to 39°C. People with weaker physique should pay more attention to the water temperature.

2. Don't go to bed immediately after taking a shower

Although bathing can improve sleep, it is not advisable to go to bed immediately after bathing. Because the body temperature will rise after taking a bath, it is not conducive to the secretion of the hormone "melatonin" that helps sleep. It is best to arrange the bath time 1 to 2 hours before going to bed. After taking a bath, you can make a moisturizing mask, or listen to light music, and then fall asleep peacefully after everything is calm.

At the same time, it should be noted that you must dry your hair before going to bed after taking a bath. Sleeping with wet hair on your pillow will not only seriously affect your sleep quality, but also easily get headaches.

3. Bathing is not a direct shower

Some people think that taking a shower is simply standing under the shower head and showering directly. In fact, this is also exquisite. Wrap the pure plant bath salt with a cloth and put it in the sprinkler of the shower head. Washing the bath salt on the body can play the role of sterilization and anti-inflammatory, deeply cleans the oil and dirt in the skin and pores, and supplements the skin with a variety of trace mineral nutrients.

4. The best water temperature for each bath is 40℃

Generally speaking, the human body temperature is 40°C, so bathing with 40°C warm water is the best way to eliminate fatigue. If the water temperature is too high, it will consume a lot of calories, but it will make people feel more uncomfortable; if the water temperature is too low, the blood vessels will constrict and it will not be easy to eliminate fatigue. On dog days, the water temperature can be lowered appropriately, not lower than 35℃.

5. Bathing times should not be too many

Bathing times should not be too many, otherwise the normal secretion of oil on the surface of the skin and the protective flora that normally parasitize the surface of the skin will be washed away, resulting in weakened skin resistance and easy skin itching.

6, don't forget to rub your face in the bath

If you rub your face while taking a bath, you can speed up the blood flow on your face and relax your facial muscles.

When taking a bath, if supplemented by rubbing your face, you can speed up the blood flow on your face and relax your facial muscles. The speed of rubbing the face should be once per second, covering the face with both hands, rub it up and down 3 to 5 times, and then rinse with warm water for a total of 3 minutes.

7. Don't take a bath too long

Some people like to soak in the bath and even listen to music in the bathtub. But too long a bath is bad for health. Because the bath time is too long, it is easy to make people fatigue, easy to cause cardiac ischemia and hypoxia. In severe cases, it will cause coronary artery spasm, thrombosis, and even induce arrhythmia and sudden death.

In addition, if the bathing time is too long, the blood supply to the head is correspondingly reduced, which can easily lead to cerebral ischemia and accidents. So if you take a tub bath, 20 minutes is enough.
