What about high cholesterol? I often eat three kinds of fruits, especially the third one, which can lower cholesterol!

 Cholesterol is one of the essential substances in the human body. When it is maintained in a certain balance, it can well protect cardiovascular health.  However, once the cholesterol content in the body is too high, it will affect our physical and mental health, which will cause a series of cardiovascular diseases.  So, what should I do if the cholesterol in the body is too high?


 Under normal circumstances, the high cholesterol content has a lot to do with daily diet, so doctors will recommend the use of medication and diet for control and exercise, which can return to normal.  People with high cholesterol should avoid eating some red meat, which is what we often call red meat, such as pork, lamb, beef, duck, etc., because these foods have relatively high cholesterol and unsaturated fatty acid content.  Relatively low, so it is recommended to eat less.  Usually, you can eat more fruits to effectively balance the cholesterol content.


 So what to do with high cholesterol?  I often eat three kinds of fruits, especially the second one, which can lower cholesterol!

 1. Grapefruit

 2. Apple

 Apples are rich in flavonoids and polyphenols, which protect the cardiovascular system and reduce the risk of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.  Especially polyphenols can protect the cardiovascular system and inhibit cancer.


 3. Wo orange

 Wo orange is a kind of fruit that everyone loves to eat in daily life.
