If one eats steamed bread for breakfast every day, there will be certain consequences. A large amount of starch will accumulate in the stomach.  It is transformed into a water-lifting compound, and the accumulation of time will decompose the sugar into triglycerides, which will increase blood lipids, so it is not possible to eat steamed bread every day for breakfast.

 2. Noodles


 Whether in the south or the north, noodles are habitually used as breakfast, and there are various ways to eat it. There may be hundreds of ways to eat a single noodle, and noodles have become inseparable from people.  Most people think that noodles are easy to digest and good for the stomach. They like to take it for breakfast. However, the material for making noodles is wheat. Wheat contains a lot of starch, and starch will be converted into sugar.  If noodles are used for breakfast every day, then a lot of carbohydrates will not be metabolized, and eventually accumulating in the body will easily cause blood lipids to rise1.
